To initiate the review process and assist in the preparation of the analysis report, HFM requires some information from you regarding your current situation.

The information you provide will identify your organisation's preferred practices and desired outcomes, and will be used by HFM to form its recommendations for your vehicle and fleet management systems.

Our fleet assessment is a free 'no-obligation' service to Hunter businesses.

The analysis report will consider and provide recommendations regarding potential savings based broadly upon the following criteria:

  • Choice of vehicle (including consideration of new/pre-owned options)
  • Method of acquiring vehicles (including access to fixed government contract pricing)
  • Financing requirements
  • Your fleet life and term of ownership policies
  • Insurance and maintenance policies
  • Your usual vehicle disposal policies and methods
