Strategic fleet management

Many Companies have neither the time, resources or expertise to constantly evaluate the best ways to mitigate vehicle ownership costs.

Finance and Insurance

HFM is able to provide advice and facilitation of appropriate financial and insurance facilities.

Selecting the appropriate finance for a particular circumstance is almost as important as the make/model being purchased! (from a whole of life cost perspective). Poor understanding of issues such as early pay out terms (or penalties as we think of it) for vehicles can lead to some very expensive issues further down the track.

HFM will always recommend the type of finance or insurance product that we believe produces the best outcome for its clients and is independent of any finance or insurance provider.





Purchasing and disposal


Purchase
Among the services provided to Hunter Fleet Management clients is the facilitation of new vehicle purchases, either as additions to the current fleet or to replace existing vehicles. As HFM purchases many 100's of vehicles annually for clients it is able to secure pricing that is not available to the average business purchaser. The vehicle purchase savings, together with HFM'S strategic management of your fleet assets mean you are already ahead in the quest to reduce your fleet costs!


Disposal
Many businesses elect to 'trade in' vehicles when they are due for replacement, principally for convenience. In this situation HFM will put the trade vehicle out to a 'wholesale tender' to ensure the maximum price is achieved on behalf of the client for that vehicle. Where a client wishes to dispose of their vehicle privately, HFM can assist by undertaking the marketing and sale of the vehicle on their behalf if required.
