Am I able to buy a used car through your service?
Yes. HFM can source preowned cars via auction, private sale, wholesalers and dealers.How does the Guarantee work?
HFM offers a money-back guarantee that we will save at least 10% of your annual vehicle costs. This excludes fuel, insurance, registration and other things not under our influence. HFM's thrust is aimed at providing strategic advice on replacement and resale events. This relies very heavily on monitoring your vehicle(s) data to select the optimal time for transitions.In addition, HFM uses its bulk purchasing power to achieve discounts beyond those that smaller fleets and single vehicle owners are normally offered.
We do require that vehicles are bought through our service unless your fleet is of such size that you can achieve the same discounts as us.
Who decides what vehicle I will buy when the time comes?
It is entirely up to you. HFM will provide information to ensure you have the full picture, for example if there's a new model coming imminently that will replace the vehicle you are considering. HFM can also help those that find it difficult to decide, and/or do not follow the automotive markets closely.Is your service available Australia wide?
Yes, we operate in all states and territories.My business already has a fuel card, and we don't want to change. How will this be handled?
You can keep using your existing card. HFM will need to be given access to the fuel card data. Your fuel card provider just has to be notified. We help with this.What's the benefit of a fuel card, and who can get one?
The benefits are:- Your fuel usage is tracked. HFM analyses the data to discover discrepancies and anomilies (such as a vehicle being filled over capacity, which raises an alert to the owner of the vehicle).
- HFM is able to offer a discount off the pump price of 2.5 cents (30 day terms) and 3.5 cents (7 day terms) per litre through our arrangement with Caltex.
Can I use Woolworths discount dockets together with the Caltex fuel card?
